Oftentimes, someone needs guidance on where to start, and many times, patients benefit from having a coach and confidant on their side and in their kitchen with them, helping them to make changes and provide the tools necessary for healthier cooking at home.
I’m here to partner with you to support and assist your patients. I work 1:1 with clients, meeting them where they are to help them to achieve their own goals. I can help grocery shop, meal plan, rework a favorite recipe, or even provide in-person or remote cooking classes—whatever your patients need to gain confidence, make changes, and build better habits.
