I work with you to achieve your own culinary goals. Don’t feel great in your body after having a baby or going through menopause? I can help. Dinner for your family always feel like a grind or a scramble? I can help with that, too. Have a family member that recently made a dietary change (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free) and you’re not sure how to cook for them? I’m your girl. I’m here to support you however you need to eat the way that you want.

It can look a few different ways. We’ll do a half hour intake call to discuss your challenges. From there, we’ll work together to figure out a plan that’s best for you. We could meet over zoom or in person weekly, biweekly, monthly, or whatever frequency is right for you. I can help with grocery shopping, recipe planning, and reworking your go-to recipes to make them work for your current goals. We can cook together in person or online. Again, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you set realistic goals that make sense for your life.

I am a professional chef who knows a lot about food, a lot about cooking, and a lot about how to cook at home for your health. I’m not a registered dietitian or nutritionist. If you do work with a nutritionist or dietitian, I can help you translate what they’ve recommended into cooking in a way that works for you in your kitchen, with your family, and with the real constraints of your life. I meet you where you are.
I take a ‘delicious first’ approach. If it doesn’t taste good, you’re not going to make any changes.
What I’ve found in my work is that getting stuck in the kitchen and hesitation in making dietary changes is often not about the food itself, but something else that’s preventing you from moving forward. It’s often a way to discover more about what happening in your life.

The clients I most commonly work with fall into four main categories:
-Busy parents who need relief from the mental load of getting dinner on the table.
-Parents who need new strategies for feeding themselves or their families, especially those navigating different dietary needs/wants
-People who are going through a major life transition (a new baby, empty-nesting, a move) and need to make some changes.
-People who have gotten a new medical diagnosis or have a loved one experiencing a medical dietary transition (vegan, GF, reduced salt)
-
Each package varies. Contact me and I’ll walk you through pricing.

We can! If you live close enough. In reality I mostly meet with clients over Zoom and send recipes and shopping lists, etc. via Google Docs, but I love meeting people in person.

We all eat, and cooking for yourself and your family is empowering. Some people have it down, dialed in. Sometimes we do, and then we don’t. Often people have some idea of how they want to eat, or have been told to eat, but there’s a gap between intention and reality. That’s my job—to help figure out why there’s a gap and then bridge it in a way that’s delicious and accessible.

I never promise that clients will lose weight, that’s not my goal. I want you to feel confident in the kitchen and good in your body. That said, many clients do wind up losing weight because they’re eating in a more balanced, thoughtful way.

My hope is that every client feels confident and calm in the kitchen. I also know that transitions and medical diagnoses can feel scary and isolating. I aim to help clients feel connected and in community through food even as they make changes for their health or situation.
